02 / Division · Domo Construction

The site is ready before the building arrives.

Domo Construction manages all on-site work: foundations, utilities and the crane. Because the building is finished in the factory, the field scope shrinks to what can only happen on site, and a complete building stacks in under two weeks.

On a conventional project, nothing above the foundation starts until the foundation is done. At Domo, the building is being manufactured while the site is being prepared. Illustrative sequence for a mid-rise community:

What the crew does on site

Everything that reaches the site is finished and inspected. The field scope is deliberate, repeatable and short.

01

Prepare

Site civil, utilities, foundations and podium are built to the chassis grid while the modules are on the line.

Weeks · in parallel with the factory
02

Receive

Modules arrive on standard flatbeds in stack order, as permitted loads with no flaggers or follow cars required, and minimal neighborhood disruption.

Just in time · sequenced loads
03

Set & lock

Each module is crane-set and locked to its neighbors with the patented mechanical connection. The frame is complete as the last module lands.

Under 2 weeks · per building
04

Connect & finish

MEP connections unit to unit, exterior closure at module joints, final punch-out and commissioning. Then keys to Domo Living.

Short · no trades re-enter units
Why it matters

Shorter in the field means less risk everywhere.

Weather, labor availability, material price swings and neighborhood impact all scale with time on site. Domo takes that time out of the schedule, which is why Domo buildings come in faster and below conventional multifamily cost, with fewer change orders along the way.

Conventional site

  • Months of framing, rough-in and finish, floor by floor
  • Dozens of subcontractors sequenced in the open
  • Quality found on the punch list
  • Long exposure to weather and price changes

Domo site

  • Foundations and utilities, then a two-week set
  • One crew, one sequence, one locking system
  • Quality recorded per module before it ships
  • Schedule that can be underwritten
